F.O. Business means F.O. Business as defined in HKFE Rules;
F.O. Business means the business of dealing in futures contracts and/or options contracts traded on HKFE.

Examples of F.O. Business in a sentence

  • Except for the purpose of Closing Out the Client’s open positions or as the HKFE may from time to time prescribe, generally or otherwise, the Client agrees that OPSL shall not transact F.O. Business for the Client until and unless OPSL has received from the Client collateral adequate to cover the Client’s expected trading liabilities, minimum margins and variation adjustments.

  • Except for the purpose of closing out the Client’s open positions or as the Exchange or markets in which the transactions are executed may prescribe from time to time, generally or otherwise, the Client agrees that CIFL shall not transact any F.O. Business for the Client until and unless CIFL has received from the Client collateral adequate to cover the Client’s minimum margin requirements.

  • In particular, TCCS may apply such monies, approved debt securities or approved securities in or towards meeting TCCS’s obligations to any party insofar as such obligations arise in connection with or incidental to F.O. Business transacted on that Client’s behalf.

  • Seller shall reasonably assist Purchaser, upon Purchaser's reasonable request and against reimbursement of any cost incurred thereby, if Purchaser reasonably needs any information not transferred together with FO Business Unit for use in financial reporting, tax return, preparation or tax compliance matters.

  • Except as permitted by the Exchange Rules or for the purpose of closing out the Client's open positions or as the Exchange may from time to time prescribe, generally or otherwise, the Company shall not transact F.O. Business for the Client until and unless the Company has received from the Client collateral adequate to cover that Client's expected trading liabilities, and margins.

  • The legal structure of the entities engaged in the FO Business Unit held directly or indirectly by Seller is shown as of the Closing Date in Exhibit 1.1 to the Original Agreement.

  • In particular, BOCOM may apply such monies, approved debt securities or approved securities in or towards meeting BOCOM’s obligations to any party insofar as such obligations arise in connection with or incidental to F.O. Business (as defined in the Rules of the HKFE) transacted on the Client’s behalf.
