FNTP definition

FNTP means a full notice for Seller to proceed with construction of the Facility under a Definitive Agreement that is a BOT acquisition agreement, as more particularly described in the Model BOT Agreement.
FNTP has the meaning given to it in Clause 6.6.
FNTP means the full notice to proceed (or similar notice) that Seller delivers pursuant to the construction agreement pursuant to which the Facility will be constructed.

  • Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain prior to FNTP all material Contracts required or reasonably expected to be transferred to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement, including the Contracts specified in Section 7.2(a).
