FNB Financial Statements definition

FNB Financial Statements means (i) the consolidated balance sheets of FNB as of September 30, 1998 and as of December 31, 1997 and 1996 and the related consolidated statements of income, cash flows and changes in shareholders' equity (including related notes, if any) for the nine months ended September 30, 1998 and each of the three years ended December 31, 1997, 1996 and 1995, respectively, as filed by FNB in SEC Documents and (ii) the consolidated balance sheets of FNB and related consolidated statements of income, cash flows and changes in shareholders' equity (including related notes, if any) as filed by FNB in SEC Documents with respect to periods ended subsequent to September 30, 1998.
FNB Financial Statements means (i) the consolidated statements of condition (including related notes and schedules, if any) of FNB as of June 30, 1996, and as of December 31, 1995 and 1994, and the related statements of income, changes in shareholders' equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) for the six months ended June 30, 1996, and for each of the three years ended December 31, 1995, 1994, and 1993, as filed by FNB in SEC Documents, and (ii) the consolidated statements of condition of FNB (including related notes and schedules, if any) and related statements of income, changes in shareholders' equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) included in SEC Documents filed with respect to periods ended subsequent to June 30, 1995.
FNB Financial Statements means certain financial statements of FNB consisting of (i) the consolidated balance sheets and the related statements of income, changes in shareholders' equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) as of and for each of the three years ended December 31, 2000, 1999, and 1998, as filed by FNB in SEC Documents, and (ii) the consolidated balance sheets and related statements of income, changes in shareholders' equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) included in SEC Documents filed with respect to any period ended subsequent to December 31, 2000.
