Generation Business means the licensed business (if any) of the Licenseeand any affiliate or related undertaking of the Licensee in the generation of electricity or the provision of Ancillary Services;
Supply Business means the licensed business of the Licensee and anyaffiliate or related undertaking of the Licensee as a Supplier but shall not include the business carried out by the Board in its capacity as public electricity supplier;

Alarm business means the business by any individual, partnership, corporation, or other entity of selling, leasing, maintaining, servicing, repairing, altering, replacing, moving or installing any alarm system or causing to be sold, leased, maintained, serviced, repaired, altered, replaced, moved or installed any alarm system in or on any building, structure or facility.
Doing business means engaging in any activity, whether legal or illegal, that is conducted
Air Transportation Business means the carriage by aircraft of persons or property as a common carrier for compensation or hire, or carriage of cargo or mail by aircraft, in air commerce, as defined in 49 U.S.C. § 40102, as amended.

Core Business means any material line of business conducted by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date and any business reasonably related or incidental thereto.

Company Business means the business of the Company as presently conducted.

Each side of the highway is considered separately in applying this definition except that where it is not topographically feasible for a sign or sign structure to be erected or maintained on the same side of the highway as the permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes, a business area may be established on the opposite side of a primary highway in an area zoned commercial or industrial or in an unzoned area with the approval of the state highway commission. A permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes does not result in the establishment of a business area on both sides of the highway.
