Floor Plate Area definition

Floor Plate Area means the gross horizontal floor area of a single floor measured from the exterior walls of a building or structure.
Floor Plate Area means the total area of a floor of a building measured from the exterior of the main wall of the floor level, including voids at the level of the floor, such as an atrium, mezzanine, stairwell, escalator, elevator, ventilation, duct or utility shaft.
Floor Plate Area means the horizontal cross-section of a floor, between the floor and the next floor above, measured to the glass line, or where there is no glass line, to the outside surface of the exterior walls and includes all mechanical equipment areas and all open areas inside a building that do not contain a floor, including atriums, elevator shafts, stairwells and similar areas.

Floor Plate Area. - means the gross horizontal floor area of a single floor above the Podium measured from the exterior face of all exterior walls of the Tower Element.
