Floating Rate Portion definition

Floating Rate Portion means that portion of the unpaid principal balance of the Loans which is not made up of the Eurodollar Rate Portion.
Floating Rate Portion means a Portion which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.10, bears interest at the Floating Rate.
Floating Rate Portion means, at any time and with respect to any Note, the portion of the principal amount of such Note, if any, that at such time bears (or absent applicability at such time of the Default Rate would bear) interest at the Floating Rate.

Examples of Floating Rate Portion in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms of Section 2.5, Borrower may elect from time to time to convert all or any part of a Floating Rate Portion into a Eurodollar Portion.

Related to Floating Rate Portion

  • Base Rate Portion of any Loan or Loans shall mean at any time the portion, including the whole, of such Loan or Loans bearing interest at such time (i) under the Base Rate Option or (ii) in accordance with Section 2.09(c)(ii) hereof. If no Loan or Loans is specified, "Base Rate Portion" shall refer to the Base Rate Portion of all Loans outstanding at such time.

  • Floating Rate Period has the meaning set forth in section 2.5(b)(ii) hereof.

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.
