Floating Rate Component Maturity Date definition

Floating Rate Component Maturity Date means the Floating Rate Component Initial Maturity Date, as such date may be extended in accordance with Section 2.9 hereof or such other date on which the final payment of the principal amount of the Loan becomes due and payable as herein provided, whether at such stated maturity date, by declaration of acceleration, or otherwise.
