FLNG Partnership Agreement definition

FLNG Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement of FLNG, dated as of February 27, 2003, as amended by the First Amendment to Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement dated as of December 20, 2003, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
