Fleet-wide average definition
Fleet-wide average means a motor vehicle manufacturer's average vehicle emissions of all non-methane organic gases from all vehicles subject to this regulation, produced and delivered for sale in Rhode Island in any model year, based on the calculation in Title 13 CCR 1961, and incorporated herein by reference.
