In exercising its right of entry to the Room and/or Flat/House, the College will cause minimum possible inconvenience to the Tenant.
No notice is required to enter the Flat/House, Flat Common Parts, or Building Common Parts.
Any additional kitchen appliances the Tenant chooses to bring into the Flat/House must be kept in the kitchen as these are not permitted in the Room.
The costs of remedial cleaning of any communal areas will be applied pro-rata to all Flat/House tenants.

Dates will be provided at least 4 weeks before and tenants must allow access to the Room and Flat/House Common Parts at these times.

If the University so requires, the Student will pay the University the reasonable cost of returning any such removed or transferred Contents back to the Room or the Flat/House.
