Fixture Collateral definition

Fixture Collateral means all of Mortgagor’s interest now owned or hereafter acquired in and to all Fixture Operating Equipment and all proceeds, products, renewals, increases, profits, substitutions, replacements, additions, amendments and accessions thereof, thereto or therefor; provided that “Fixture Collateral” shall not include any Excluded Property.
Fixture Collateral means that portion of the UCC Collateral which consists of “fixtures” (as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) to the extent the UCC governs a security interest in such collateral.
Fixture Collateral means all of Grantor’s interest now owned or hereafter acquired in and to all Fixture Operating Equipment and all proceeds, products, renewals, increases, profits, substitutions, replacements, additions, amendments and accessions thereof, thereto or therefor.
