Fixed Machinery and Equipment definition

Fixed Machinery and Equipment means tangible machinery and equipment that is securely placed or fastened and is stationary within a building or structure, or which is movable but remains at and is used solely at a project site.
Fixed Machinery and Equipment means Tangible Personal Property excluding vehicles, vessels or aircraft.
