Fixed Interest Rate Commencement Date definition

Fixed Interest Rate Commencement Date means the Interest Period Reset Date from and after which the Bonds shall bear interest at the Fixed Interest Rate, as that date shall be established as provided in Section 4.9 hereof.
Fixed Interest Rate Commencement Date means the Interest Period Reset Date from and after which the Project Bonds shall bear interest at the Fixed Interest Rate, as that date shall be established as provided in Section 2.03 hereof.
Fixed Interest Rate Commencement Date means the Interest Payment Date from and after which the Series 2001A Bonds or Series 2001B Bonds, as applicable, shall bear interest at the Fixed Interest Rate, as that date shall be established as provided in Section 2.03 hereof.

  • If the Refunding Bonds are bearing interest at the One Month Interest Rate, Three Month Interest Rate, Six Month Interest Rate, One Year Interest Rate or Five Year Interest Rate, the Replacement Date shall be the Interest Rate Adjustment Date or the Fixed Interest Rate Commencement Date if the Bonds are to bear interest at the Fixed Interest Rate.

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Fixed Interest Rate means the annual interest rate of five and forty hundredths percent (5.40%).

  • Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and

  • Interest Rate Determination Date means, with respect to any Interest Period, the date that is two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period.

  • Fixed Rate Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b)(i) hereof.

  • Postponed Fixed Interest Date means the tenth Business Day following the originally scheduled Fixed Interest Date;

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • SBI 1 Year MCLR Rate means 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) fixed by State Bank of India (SBI) / any replacement thereof by SBI for the time being in effect applicable for 1 year period, as on 1st April of the respective financial year in accordance with regulations and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on April 1, 2022 and ending on and including March 31, 2027 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including March 31 in the fifth year thereafter.

Bank may select any wholesale funding market rate as the Current Market Rate. Second, Bank will take the prepayment amount and calculate the present value of each remaining principal and interest payment which, without prepayment, the Bank would have received during the term of the Fixed Obligations using the Base Interest Rate. The sum of the present value calculations is the "Xxxx to Market Amount." Third, the Bank will subtract the Current Market Rate Amount from the Xxxx to Market Amount. Any amount greater than zero is the Prepayment Fee.
