Fixed Adder definition

Fixed Adder means Billing Price Determinants as submitted by ESCO that are based solely upon a fixed amount to be added to the Electricity Supply Cost that would have otherwise been charged to the same Customer if the Electricity Supply Service had been provided by NATIONAL GRID, to determine the Accounts Receivable, EXCLUSIVE of any applicable sales taxes imposed on ESCO’s revenues.
