Five Foot Rule definition

Five Foot Rule. Interior defects that are not easily visible when standing in front of and five (5) feet away from the imperfection shall not be deemed defective and are not covered by this Limited Warranty; and The “Ten Foot Rule” – Exterior defects that are not be easily visible when standing in front of and ten (10) feet away from the imperfection shall not be deemed defective and are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

  • 1940 Act Rules and Regulations means the rules and regulations of the Commission under the 1940 Act.
