Fitness Suite definition

Fitness Suite means those facilities included in the Fitness, Strength and Conditioning Suite within the Centre as further described on the Website; ‘PAYT Membership’ shall mean valid membership of the Centre, in accordance with the provisions of clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions, and ‘PAYT Member’ shall be construed accordingly;

Examples of Fitness Suite in a sentence

  • Durham County Council may terminate this agreement with immediate effect, on notice to the member, if there is a breach of Fitness Suite Rules e.g. theft or other criminal activity within the facility.

  • Payment must be made to The Heriot’s Centre for Sport & Exercise Ltd before the use of the Fitness Suite.

  • The use of radios, music players and musical instruments is prohibited in the Fitness Suite except with the use of earphones that use does not cause annoyance to other members.

  • If you are using the Fitness Suite you are not permitted to open the Fitness Suite door that will allow another person in whether they are active members or not.
