Related to Fited fees

Department means the department of natural resources.
Person means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
Board means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;
disbursement of earnouts or holdback amounts means the disbursement or funding to a borrower of previously unfunded, escrowed or otherwise reserved portions of the loan proceeds of the applicable Mortgage Loan until certain conditions precedent thereto relating to the satisfaction of performance-related criteria (i.e., project reserve thresholds, lease-up requirements, sales requirements, etc.), as set forth in the applicable loan documents, have been satisfied.
Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22. Affiliate: With respect to any Person, any other Person controlling, controlled by or under common control with such first Person. For the purposes of this definition, "control" means the power to direct the management and policies of such Person, directly or indirectly, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise; and the terms "controlling" and "controlled" have meanings correlative to the foregoing. Administrative Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

Liquidation Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.
Tuition Fees means enrolment, administration, registration and/or examination fees charged by a Recognised Institution so that the Applicant follows an MQF Level 7 or MQF Level 8 programme. Tuition Fees covered shall be those charged directly by a Recognised Institution as approved by the ENDEAVOUR Scholarships Scheme Board. Any subsequent increase in Tuition Fees cannot be claimed by the Awardee or the Recognised Institution if not included in the ULA submitted by the closing date.
L/C Fees means, with respect to an L/C, the amount calculated by multiplying (a) the face amount of that L/C by the rate for calculation of the L/C Fee specified in Section 2.6(a) by (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the duration of the term of that L/C and the denominator of which is the number of days in the calendar year in question.
Finance Charges means, with respect to a Contract, any finance, interest, late payment charges or similar charges owing by an Obligor pursuant to such Contract.
Loan Fee shall have the meaning assigned in Section 5.1.
Share Premium Account means the share premium account established in accordance with these Articles and the Companies Law;
Utility Allowance means a monthly allowance, as provided by the local public housing authority or as otherwise allowed by HUD rules and the GLO rules, for utilities and services (excluding telephone services) to be paid by the tenant.
Legal Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(b) of the Subscription Agreement;
Agent's Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.5(c).
Controlled Disbursement Account means any accounts of the Borrowers maintained with the Administrative Agent as a zero balance, cash management account pursuant to and under any agreement between a Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as modified and amended from time to time, and through which all disbursements of a Borrower, any other Loan Party and any designated Subsidiary of a Borrower are made and settled on a daily basis with no uninvested balance remaining overnight.
Disbursement Account means, in respect of each Tranche, the bank account set out in the most recent List of Authorised Signatories and Accounts.
Origination Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.02 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Loan by the Company.
Basic Costs means all direct and indirect costs and expenses incurred in connection with the Building as more fully defined in Exhibit C attached hereto.
Additional Fees means those prices for the Additional Goods/Services and additional costs and levies required from time to time and notified to you in advance, to provide adequately for the education and related activities and services provided to your Child, including the costs of extra-curricular activities or special educational needs;
Annual Fees means the annual fees charged by the Trustee for services provided as the trustee and paying agent under the Indenture.
Special Allowance Payments means payments, designated as such, consisting of effective interest subsidies by the Department in respect of the Trust Student Loans to the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Trust in accordance with the Higher Education Act.
Advance Reimbursement Amount means any amount received or deemed to be received by the Servicer pursuant to Section 5.11 in reimbursement of an Advance made out of its own funds.
