FiT Rate definition

FiT Rate means the FiT rate or rates stated in the relevant Completion Letter;
FiT Rate means the prevailing feed-in tariff of [.Rate in Words (P.)] Php / kWh approved by the ERCfor' [.] renewable energy used by the Eligible RE Plant, as the same may be adjusted by.the ERCfrom time to time for inflation and foreign exchange, applicable to and payable to the Eligible RE Plant for every kilowatt-hour of Actual REGeneration delivered by the Eligible RE Plant and measured at the Metering Point.
