Fit-Out definition

Fit-Out means the application of finishing material, furniture, fittings, furnishings and such other built-in and loose items required to bring the Resort to an operating condition;
Fit-Out means the application of finishing material, gaming equipment, furniture, fittings, furnishings and such other built-in and loose items required to bring any part of the Temporary Casino Complex or the Melbourne Casino Complex (as the case may be) to a stage to enable Commissioning to take place;
Fit-Out means the application of finishing material, furniture, fittings, furnishings and such other built-in and loose items required to bring the Complex to an operating condition.

  • The Fit-Out Manual will be shared at the time of handing over possession of the Apartment.

  • Sublandlord and Subtenant, however, following the Commencement Date, shall jointly prepare a list of the Fit-Out Work still to be completed by the Fit-Out Work Contractor, and Sublandlord, through its consultant, Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Fit-Out Work Contractor to complete such remaining Fit-Out Work as soon as practicable following the Commencement Date.

  • As soon as the Said Flat is ready for fit-out, the Developer shall serve a notice on the Buyer (Fit-Out Possession Notice), calling upon the Buyer to take physical possession for the limited purpose of fit-out of the Said Flat.

  • Sublandlord and Subtenant further acknowledge and agree that each of Subtenant and the Other Subtenants shall bear a portion of the costs to construct the improvements in the Master Premises, to the extent such costs exceed the Fit-Out Allowance, and that the allocation of such excess costs shall be determined and paid pursuant to separate agreements.

  • It is clarified that the Date Of Fit-Out Possession is different from the Date Of Possession and the modalities ancillary thereto as morefully described in Clause 9.6.2 below.

  • If the Buyer opts to take possession for fit-out, then before the Date Of Fit-Out Possession (1) the Buyer shall pay to the Developer all amounts due and payable towards the Total Price, Extras and other charges and the Buyer shall not claim possession of the Said Flat for fit-out, till such payments are made in full and (2) the Buyer shall confirm in writing the Buyer's acceptance of all rules and regulations formulated by the Developer relating to doing fit-out work at the Said Flat.
