Fiscal Manual definition

Fiscal Manual means a set of instructions provided by the Department to the Contractor documenting the applicable policies and procedures of the Department for Contractor to use in such matters as record-keeping, bookkeeping, reporting, invoicing and claiming, budgeting, cost allocating, procurement and payroll, as may be amended by the Department. The Fiscal Manual is incorporated by reference and may be found online at www.nyc.gov/dycd. The Fiscal Manual is not intended to amend the material terms of this agreement with respect to either the Scope of Work, or the terms and conditions of this document or Appendix A.

Related to Fiscal Manual

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Financial Management Manual means the Financial Management Manual, referred to in paragraph B of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, that sets out the financial and accounting arrangements for Implementing Partners and the Recipient’s entities, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association;

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Written protocol means a physician’s order for one or more patients that contains, at a minimum, the following:

  • Electronic Programme Guide or “EPG” means a program guide maintained by the IPTV Operator that lists television channels and programmes, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced guide that allows subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programmes.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP, including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Compliance Plan means the compliance obligations, program, and procedures described in this Consent Decree at paragraph 13.
