Fiscal 2001 definition

Fiscal 2001 means the period beginning on April 1, 2000 and ending April 15, 2001.
Fiscal 2001 means the twelve month period ending February 28, 2002; "Fiscal 2002" means the twelve month period ending February 28, 2003; and "Fiscal 2003" means the twelve month period ending February 29, 2004.
