FIS Facilities definition

FIS Facilities means the Federal Inspection Services facility at the Airport.
FIS Facilities means that portion of the terminals at the Airport consisting of facilities for the United States Custom Service, the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service, the United States Department of Health and Human Services and the United States Department of Agriculture, and any successor departments or services thereto, for the processing of arriving international passengers.
FIS Facilities means the international areas of the Terminals, including but not limited to recheck baggage areas, sterile corridor spaces, all necessary space required by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection and related regulating agencies, and any other areas of the Terminals which are utilized for processing international passengers and their baggage for purposes of clearing U.S. Customs and Immigration.

  • In addition to the Office and Club Premises and the Preferential Use Premises described above, the Airline shall have the non-exclusive right to use, jointly with other Air Carriers, the Joint Use Premises, the Baggage Handling System, and the FIS Facilities; provided, however, that such use shall be in common with other Air Carriers and the Authority shall have the right to reassign the use of Joint Use Premises in accordance with the Authority Rules and Regulations.

  • In addition to the Office and Club Premises and the Preferential Use Premises described above, Company shall have the non-exclusive right to use, jointly with other ground handlers and Air Carriers, the Joint Use Premises, the Baggage Handling System, and the FIS Facilities; provided, however, that such use shall be in common with other ground handlers and Air Carriers and Authority shall have the right to reassign the use of Joint Use Premises in accordance with Authority Rules and Regulations.

  • For each Fiscal Year, Authority shall charge for use of its FIS Facilities an amount equal to ten dollars ($10) per each seat on an arriving aircraft using the FIS Facilities.

  • The Airline shall determine who boards Passenger Conveyances traveling directly to its aircraft or the FIS Facilities.

  • The United States Government (and not IAT or Delta), shall be solely responsible for operating and staffing the FIS Facilities.

  • Airline agrees to pay monthly FIS Fees in an amount equal to the FIS Fee multiplied by the Airline’s number of passenger seats on arriving aircraft using the FIS Facilities for such monthly period.

  • Terminal 4 air passengers and flight crew shall have the right to use the FIS Facilities.


More Definitions of FIS Facilities

FIS Facilities means the federal inspection services facilities designated by City under Section 4.06, wherever located in the Terminal, including the sterile corridors connecting any such facilities to International Gates.
