First Restatement Agreement definition

First Restatement Agreement means the Restatement Agreement, dated as of January 28, 2020, by and among the Credit Parties, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and Lenders, Issuing Banks and Swingline Lenders party thereto.
