First Production Run definition

First Production Run means the use of a Licensed Collaborative Project GSK Selected Enzyme or a Licensed GSK Sole Project GSK Selected Enzyme in the synthesis of a GSK Compound (a) for use in clinical trials or (b) for commercial sales.
