First Occupancy Date means the first proposed date on which the homeowner(s), end customer(s) or occupant(s) will occupy any one Premises at the Site;

Examples of First Occupancy Date in a sentence

  • The parties shall use their reasonable endeavours to agree an inspection after the Developer’s notification to BT and no later than 10 working days before the First Occupancy Date.

  • If the first Expansion Option is exercised, the First Expansion Space will be delivered by Landlord to Tenant for the purpose of commencing its tenant finish work therein on a date to be designated by Landlord, which shall be between the date which is three (3) years from the Commencement Date and the date which is four (4) years from the Commencement Date (the "First Occupancy Date").

  • Subject to any material changes in the scope or scheduling of the Site which are notified to BT by the Developer, the proposal is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of that Site Registration Form or 9 months prior to the First Occupancy Date, whichever is the earlier.

Related to First Occupancy Date

  • Occupancy Date means the date on which occupancy of all Units in a Project is permitted;

  • Prior Occupancy means Owner’s use of all or parts of the Project before Substantial Completion, as more fully set forth in Section 6.08 A.

  • Ready for Occupancy means a mobile or manufactured home

  • Maximum Occupancy means the maximum number of occupants permitted on the Premises;

  • Single Room Occupancy or “SRO” means housing consisting of single room dwelling units that is the primary residence of its occupant or occupants. An SRO does not include facilities for students.
