The parties shall use their reasonable endeavours to agree an inspection after the Developer’s notification to BT and no later than 10 working days before the First Occupancy Date.
If the first Expansion Option is exercised, the First Expansion Space will be delivered by Landlord to Tenant for the purpose of commencing its tenant finish work therein on a date to be designated by Landlord, which shall be between the date which is three (3) years from the Commencement Date and the date which is four (4) years from the Commencement Date (the "First Occupancy Date").

Unless agreed otherwise in writing by the parties, the Developer shall complete the Developer Works (or the relevant part if the Site is being constructed in batches) no later than 40 working days’ before the First Occupancy Date for the Site.
