First Commissioning definition

First Commissioning means the date on which electricity is first exported to the grid on a commercial basis from any of the wind turbines forming part of the development.
First Commissioning means the first commissioning under the Contract. The Anniversary Date is determined by the date of First Commissioning.
First Commissioning means when the Energisation Conditions for the Project are satisfied or waived by EnergyCo in accordance with clause 7 (“Energisation Conditions”).

Examples of First Commissioning in a sentence

  • The First Commissioning Date shall be the date notified to the Buyer as the target date for the start of commissioning of the first unit.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.
