First Closing Shares definition

First Closing Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
First Closing Shares means preferred shares of Canadian OpCo having a fair market value of Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000).
First Closing Shares means the aggregate of the Initial First Closing Shares and the Additional First Closing Shares, if any. "First Closing Purchase Price" means the aggregate of the Initial First Closing Purchase Price and the Additional First Closing Purchase Price, if any.
