First Class Building Standards definition

First Class Building Standards means a quality that is equal to or in excess of the quality of Comparable Buildings.
First Class Building Standards means a quality that is equal to or in excess of the quality of first class office projects (including associated parking facilities) located in the Geographical Market.
First Class Building Standards means of a quality that is equal to or exceeds the quality of Comparable Buildings.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Landlord shall not be obligated to replace any Structural Component or Building System to the extent such Structural Component or Building System is repaired in a manner which will cause the Building to continue to be operated in accordance with the First Class Building Standards and Legal Requirements.

Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that, as of the Effective Date, the following office projects are "first class major office projects":
