The Borrower shall procure that a legal opinion of the legal advisers to the Borrower in Singapore in respect of the entry into and performance of the Acquisition Agreement not breaching Singapore law is provided to the Agent (in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent) by no later than the First Amendment and Restatement Date.
