Firm Transportation definition

Firm Transportation means a level of transportation service that is not subject to interruption for any reason other than a Force Majeure event as defined in Article 17 of this agreement; provided, however, that during Force Majeure interruptions, the party invoking Force Majeure may be responsible for any Imbalance Charges set forth in Article 8 related to its interruption after the nomination is made to the Transporter until the change in deliveries and receipts is confirmed by the Transporter.
Firm Transportation means that the receipt, delivery and transportation of Natural Gas shall not be subject to interruption or curtailment, other than by reason of express written consent of CES, Force Majeure, Applicable Law or an Excusable Event, or as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

Firm Transportation means the provision of natural gas pipeline transportation that is not subject to a prior claim by another pipeline customer or another class of transportation service and cannot be interrupted except in a situation of force majeure.
