Firewalled Individuals means the following:
Disabled individual means a person older than 13 years of age who by reason of age or physical or mental disease, defect, or injury is substantially unable to protect the person's self from harm or to provide food, shelter, or medical care for the person's self.
Key Individuals means the Service Provider Representatives identified as being key individuals for the provision of the Services as set out in Schedule 5.5.
Relevant Employees means the employees of the Contractor (including the Transferring Employees) who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Services and who are/will be the subject of a Relevant Transfer by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.
HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;
Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals means those individuals who are citizens of the United Stated (or lawfully admitted permanent residents) and who are women, Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, Asian-Pacific Americans, or Asian-Indian Americans and any other minorities of individuals found to be disadvantaged by the Small Business Administration pursuant to Section 8 (a) of the Small Business Act, RIPTA shall make a rebuttal presumption the individuals in the following groups are socially and economically disadvantaged. RIPTA may also determine, on a case-by-case basis, that individuals who are not a member of one of the following groups are socially and economically disadvantaged:
qualifying individuals means individuals who have been, or without the assistance might otherwise be—
Self-Employed Individual means an individual who has Earned Income for the taxable year from the Employer or who would have had Earned Income but for the fact that the trade or business had no net profits for the taxable year, including, but not limited to, a partner in a partnership, a sole proprietor, a member in a limited liability company or a shareholder in a subchapter S corporation.
Uniformed personnel means: (a) Law enforcement officers as
Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Historically disadvantaged individuals (HDIs means all South African citizens –
Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.
Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:
Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).
Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.
Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).
Aggrieved individual means a student, the parents or guardians of a student under the age of 18 acting on behalf of a student, an employee of the district, or member of the public who is directly affected by and/or is witness to an alleged violation of Board policies prohibiting unlawful discrimination or harassment.
Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.
Number of Employees enter the total number of Employees in the employment category employed to provide services under the Contract during the report period, including part time Employees and Employees of subcontractors.
Match Officials means the referee, the assistant referees and any fourth official appointed to a Competition Match.
Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).
Contract employee means a probationary faculty employee or a grant- funded employee hired on a year-to-year basis in accordance with Education Code 87470.
Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.
Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:
Non-Participating Clinical Social Worker means a Clinical Social Worker who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Debarred Individual is an individual who has been debarred by the FDA pursuant to 21 U.S.C. §335a (a) or (b) from providing services in any capacity to a Person that has an approved or pending drug or biological product application.
