Fire Sale definition
Fire Sale prices; it means handing capital assets over to the new buyers as bargains. That hardly achieves what the critics want, especially as in many cases the new buyers may be more committed to the political policies under criticism than the original investors were. This problem is an insolvable one.
Fire Sale. Discount" or "Going Out Of Business" signs; or signs, advertising media or changes to the Premises which may be seen from the outside of the Premises. All exterior signs and Alterations to the Premises will be set forth in Tenant's plans and specifications made a part hereof. Upon request, Tenant shall immediately remove any sign, advertising material, lettering or any other object placed in, on, or about the Premises contrary to the foregoing rules and regulations. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may without liability enter the Premises and remove same at Tenant's expense.
Fire Sale means any sale held out in such a manner as to reasonably cause the public to believe that the sale will offer goods damaged or altered by fire, smoke, water or other means.
