Fire Apparatus Access Roads definition

Fire Apparatus Access Roads means roads providing the driving surface for fire department vehicles responding to an emergency, extending from a public right of way to a point nearest a moorage or marine gangway or pier.
Fire Apparatus Access Roads means that area within any public right-of-way, easement, or private property designated for the purpose of permitting fire trucks and other firefighting or emergency equipment to use, travel upon and park.

  • Fire alarm system means a system designed to detect and annunciate the presence of fire, or by-products of fire. Fire alarm system includes smoke detectors.
