Fir Tree definition

Fir Tree means, Fir Tree Capital Management, LP, on behalf of itself and funds for which it serves as investment manager or advisor, and/or in its capacity as Owner Representative, as such term is defined in that certain Noteholder Agreement, dated March 1, 2015, between PRIFA and RBC Municipal Products, LLC.
Fir Tree means the Fir Tree Value Fund L.P., Fir Tree Institutional -------- Value Fund L.P. and Fir Tree Partners L.D.C. and its Affiliates.
Fir Tree means Fir Tree Master Recovery Fund L.P., Fir Tree Value Fund L.P., Firtree Institutional Value Fund L.P. and Firtree Value Partners, LDC.
