Customer: the person or firm who purchases the Goods and/or Services from Fine Iron.
The Customer must advise Fine Iron immediately and before accepting the Goods should there be any damage due to transit.
Fine Iron shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery of the Goods that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or the Customer's failure to provide Fine Iron with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods.
On termination of the Contract the Customer shall immediately pay to Fine Iron all of Fine Iron's outstanding unpaid invoices and interest and, in respect of Services and Goods.
