Financial Wherewithal means Ten Million and No/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00) in net worth for the First Fiscal Year, with such amount to automatically increase each subsequent Fiscal Year by the same percentage as the Index increases each Fiscal Year above the Index in the prior Fiscal Year.
