Financial Services Company definition

Financial Services Company means a bank, bank holding company, savings and loan association, building and loan association, savings and loan holding company, insurance company, investment banking, or securities company, or other financial services company, other than Key or any of its Subsidiaries.

A Person that is engaged in a financial services business that is merely incidental to the operation of that Person or its Affiliates shall not by reason of such incidental activity be considered a “Financial Services Company.”
