Financial Guarantee Fee Letter definition

Financial Guarantee Fee Letter means the fee letter dated as of the date of this Financial Guarantee between the Financial Guarantor and the Issuer, without regard to any amendment, modification or supplement thereto other than any such amendment, modification or supplement made in accordance with the provisions of such fee letter with the prior written consent of the Financial Guarantor;
Financial Guarantee Fee Letter means any letter or other agreement between a Relevant Financial Guarantor and the Issuer setting the terms on which fees and/or premia are payable in relation to one or more Financial Guarantees issued or to be issued by that Relevant Financial Guarantor.
Financial Guarantee Fee Letter means the letter (described on its face as “Financial Guarantee Fee Letter”) dated on or about 27 September 2005 between FSA and the Issuer.

Financial Guarantee Fee Letter means each letter to be entered into between the Issuer and the Financial Guarantors containing the fees and/or premia to be paid by the Issuer in respect of any Financial Guarantees to be issued by the Financial Guarantors;
