Financial Buyer definition

Financial Buyer means a private equity fund, hedge fund, pooled investment vehicle or similar person or entity that is primarily engaged in investment activities as opposed to direct or indirect operations of a commercial nature.
Financial Buyer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
