With respect to any Inventory Financing Sublimit Borrowing, such Inventory Financing Sublimit Borrowing shall be deemed to have been used to finance the Eligible Inventory specified in the applicable Borrowing Request (Financed Inventory) in accordance with clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of the preceding sentence, regardless of the manner in which the proceeds of such Inventory Financing Sublimit Borrowing are actually applied.
