Financed Facilities means those costs of the Project treated as financed or refinanced with applicable Tax-Exempt Bond proceeds as reflected in the Final Written Allocation or, if no Final Written Allocation was prepared, in the books and records of the Trustee and the Conduit User.

Financed Facilities means collectively, the real property improvements at the Property in connection with the Project made or to be made subsequent to the Effective Date pursuant to this Agreement and the Lease and paid for in whole or in part from the Acquisition Fund, all as further identified and described from time to time on Exhibit A to the Indenture, which exhibit is hereby incorporated by reference in this Agreement.

Financed Facilities means the portion of the 2018 Project being financed or refinanced with the Certificate proceeds as described on Exhibit C hereto.
