Final Three Year Average Base Salary definition

Final Three Year Average Base Salary means the average of the final three year-end Monthly Base Salaries immediately preceding retirement or death of the Eligible Retired Executive.
Final Three Year Average Base Salary means the average of the Participant's Monthly Base Salary (as defined in Section 2.02) for the three December 31 measurement dates coincident with or immediately preceding the Participant's retirement.
Final Three Year Average Base Salary means the average of the Participant’s Monthly Base Salary (as defined in Section 2.02) for the three December 31 measurement dates coincident with or immediately preceding the first date on which the Participant retires from or otherwise ceases to be employed in a Covered Employment Classification with the Company and its Affiliates.
