Final Tax Refunds definition

Final Tax Refunds means any and all tax refunds determined to be receivable but not collected by the Seller’s or Transferor’s Qualified Trust prior to the transfer of the assets of the Seller’s or Transferor’s Qualified Trust to the Qualified Trusts.
