Notice of Conversion shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a).
Notice of Conversion/Extension means the written notice of conversion of a LIBOR Rate Loan to an Alternate Base Rate Loan or an Alternate Base Rate Loan to a LIBOR Rate Loan, or extension of a LIBOR Rate Loan, in each case substantially in the form of Exhibit 1.1(f).
Form of Notice of Conversion means the “Form of Notice of Conversion” attached as Attachment 1 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Notice of Conversion/Continuation means a notice in substantially the form of Exhibit B.
Mandatory Conversion Notice has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.5(a);
Certificate of Conversion means the Certificate of Conversion of the Company filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware pursuant to Section 18-214(b)(1) of the Act on October 9, 2007, as amended or amended and restated from time to time.

Forced Conversion Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(d).
Conversion Notice has the meaning specified in Section 4.02(b).
Notice of Conversion or Continuation shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.6(a).
Final Notice shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(g)(iii) hereof.
Notice of Extension/Conversion means the written notice of extension or conversion in substantially the form of Exhibit 3.2, as required by Section 3.2.
Continuation/Conversion Notice means a notice of continuation or conversion and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.
Notice of Continuation/Conversion has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(b).
Forced Conversion Notice Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(d).
Optional Conversion has the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
Mandatory Conversion shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.
Place of Conversion has the meaning specified in Section 3.1.
Conversion Request A Notice given by the Borrower to Bank of the Borrower's election to convert or continue a Loan therewith in accordance with Section 2.1A hereof.
Major conversion means a conversion of an existing ship:
Plan of Conversion has the meaning given such term in Section 14.1.
Conversion/Continuation Notice is defined in Section 2.9.
Final Notice of Purchase means, in connection with an Optional Tender or a Mandatory Tender, a Notice of Purchase delivered by the Tender and Paying Agent to the Liquidity Provider (or directly to the Liquidity Provider by Beneficial Owners or their Agent Members, in the case of an Optional Tender, or Holders, in the case of a Mandatory Tender, if there is no Tender and Paying Agent or for any reason the Tender and Paying Agent does not perform its obligations) on the Purchase Date indicating the number of VRDP Shares to be purchased on such date pursuant to the Purchase Obligation, or, in connection with a Mandatory Purchase, the Mandatory Purchase Notice delivered by the Fund or the Tender and Paying Agent on behalf of the Fund.
Put Notice has the meaning provided in Section 3.4.
Notice of Interest Rate Election has the meaning set forth in Section 2.08.
Notice of Continuation or Conversion has the meaning provided in Section 2.10(b).
