Final Net Working Capital Deficiency definition

Final Net Working Capital Deficiency has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).
Final Net Working Capital Deficiency means the amount, if any, by which Final Net Working Capital is less than Target Net Working Capital.
Final Net Working Capital Deficiency means the amount, if any, by which Estimated Net Working Capital exceeds Final Net Working Capital.
