FINAL FILING DATE definition
FINAL FILING DATE means the last date on which a person may submit a formal application for employment.
FINAL FILING DATE means, with respect to all Elections, the later of the 30th day following designation as an Eligible Employee (so long as it is prior to actual receipt (or Lapse Date) of the Compensation to be deferred) and, individually and not collectively, the date(s) described below:
