final enforcement order definition

final enforcement order means an order under this Article other than a provisional enforcement order;
final enforcement order means a notice and order, administrative citation, or other similar notice that a violation exists and must be abated that was not appealed, a hearing officer decision upholding the finding of a violation, a civil judgment finding a violation, or a settlement agreement that admits a violation.
