final demolition notice means a final demolition notice served under paragraph 13 of Schedule 5;
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
improvement notice means the notice issued by the Authority to the Supplier pursuant to Clause 32.1.3 (Authority Remedies) which will detail how the Supplier shall improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services;
Acquisition Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).

Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Commencement Notice means a written notice, given by any Secured Party to the other Secured Parties in accordance with the notice provisions set forth in the Securities Purchase Agreement, pursuant to which such Secured Party notifies the other Secured Parties of the existence of one or more Events of Default and of such Secured Party’s intent to commence the exercise of one or more of the remedies provided for under this Agreement with respect to all or any portion of the Collateral as a consequence thereof, which notice shall incorporate a reasonably detailed description of each Event of Default then existing and of the remedial action proposed to be taken.
Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
Property Notice means any order, notice, proposal, demand or other requirement issued by any competent authority (including the Landlord) which materially affects the Academy Trust’s ability to use the Land for the purposes of the Academy. Restrictions on Land transfer
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank.
Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.
Penalty Notice means a written no- tification from the Director informing a respondent that the Director has made a finding of violation and, absent a request for a hearing, will impose a civil monetary penalty.
Disposition Notice is defined in Section 5.2(a).
Full Notice to Proceed means that all material third party contractors have been given the notice to proceed with construction by the Capacity Market Seller or its agent, with a guaranteed completion date backed by liquidated damages.
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
Confirmation Notice means a notice provided by the Issuer to an Investor in accordance with clause 1.3(c) of the Terms;
Substitution Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.17 (Substitution of Lenders).
CAFA Notice means the notice of this Settlement to be served upon State and Federal authorities as required by the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. § 1715.
Secured Party Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit H.
Non-Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.10.
Removal Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.07(b).
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).
