Final Cutover Date definition

Final Cutover Date has the meaning set forth in Section 13.6 hereto.
Final Cutover Date means the date, set forth in the Project Plan, on which CME intends to cutover from the GLOBEX System to the electronic trading system based on the Licensed Software.

  • The State shall provide a schedule of applicable rates, terms, and conditions with respect to the use of such State Facilities by Provider no later than the Final Cutover Date.

  • During the 90 day period following the actual Final Cutover Date (I.E., the date on which CME begins using the Licensed Software in a production environment), SBF warrants to CME that it will cure, at its own expense, any defects or malfunctions in the Modified Software such that the Modified Software will operate in conformity to the Specifications Documents.

  • In the event that the failure to pass any Acceptance Test will, or threatens to, delay the Final Cutover Date, SBF agrees, at its sole expense, to devote such additional resources as may be necessary in order to permit CME to cutover to the electronic trading system based on the Modified Software on the Final Cutover Date.

Related to Final Cutover Date

  • Turnover Date means the earliest of the following dates:

  • Handover Date means the date on which access to the Tower and Associated Tower Site is given to the Access Seeker for installation of the Equipment at that Site as stated in Clause 9(c) hereof. “Handover” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Monthly Date means the last Business Day of each calendar month.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Commencement Date or Handover Date means the date on which the Licensed Space of first lot of stations as per Annexure 1 is handed over by DMRC to the Selected Bidder, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

  • Cross-Over Date The Distribution Date on which the respective Class Certificate Balances of each Class of Subordinated Certificates have been reduced to zero.

  • Total Monthly Excess Spread As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the excess if any, of (i) the interest on the Mortgage Loans received by the Servicer on or prior to the related Determination Date or advanced by the Servicer for the related Remittance Date (net of Expense Fees) over (ii) the sum of the amounts payable to the Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(a)(i) on such Distribution Date.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Redetermination Date means, with respect to any Scheduled Redetermination or any Interim Redetermination, the date that the redetermined Borrowing Base related thereto becomes effective pursuant to Section 2.07(d).

  • Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).

  • SOFR Determination Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.

  • Distribution Determination Date means, in respect of any Distribution Period, that number of business days prior thereto as is set out in the applicable Pricing Supplement or on the face of the relevant Perpetual Security;

  • Allocation Date means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the Business Day which is immediately prior to such Transfer Date.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Rollover Date means the date of commencement of a new Interest Period applicable to a Loan and which shall be a Banking Day.

  • Spread Determination Date means, for the reset rate notes, any time after the Notice Date but no later than 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the third business day prior to the related reset date.

  • Remittance Date With respect to each Distribution Date, the 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately following) of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Proration Month means the month for which capacity is to be allocated under Item 7.

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 20th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • Final Shared-Loss Month means the calendar month in which the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs.

  • Three-Month Secondary CD Rate means, for any day, the secondary market rate for three-month certificates of deposit reported as being in effect on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day) by the Board through the public information telephone line of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (which rate will, under the current practices of the Board, be published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519) during the week following such day) or, if such rate is not so reported on such day or such next preceding Business Day, the average of the secondary market quotations for three-month certificates of deposit of major money center banks in New York City received at approximately 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day) by the Administrative Agent from three negotiable certificate of deposit dealers of recognized standing selected by it.
