Final Cut-off time definition

Final Cut-off time means the final cut-off time for settlement in a Bulk Clearing Settlement Run. “FIRO” means the Financial Institutions (Resolution) Ordinance (Cap. 628 of the Laws of Hong Kong). “FPS” has the meaning given to that term in the FPS Rules.
Final Cut-off time means the final cut-off time for settlement in a Bulk Clearing Settlement Run.
Final Cut-off time means the time specified for close of the business of the LankaSettle System in the Daily Operating Schedule in Rule 1.2 of Volume 4 of these Rules, unless otherwise specified by CBSL.

Examples of Final Cut-off time in a sentence

  • During this period, Settlement Holds will be applied to earmark debit Settlement Amounts payable by Members in their CHATS Ledger Accounts and if one or more Members is/are short of funds, HKICL will re-try until the Final Cut-off time.

  • In the event that any Bulk Clearing Settlement Run of the Credit Card Items cannot be completed by the Final Cut-off time, the outstanding Bulk Clearing Settlement Run will be re-scheduled on the same day at MA’s discretion.

  • If the available balance in the CHATS Ledger Account of a Member other than HKSCC is insufficient to meet its Bulk Clearing Commitment at the Final Cut-off time of a Bulk Clearing Settlement Run, the Member shall be deemed to have defaulted in the Bulk Clearing Settlement Run concerned and the Default Arrangement set out in Schedule I shall apply.

  • If the available balance in the CHATS Ledger Account of HKSCC is insufficient to meet its Bulk Clearing Commitment at the Final Cut-off time of a Bulk Clearing Settlement Run, the Bulk Clearing Settlement Run will be cancelled pursuant to paragraphs D.11 and D.12 of Schedule III Part III.

  • Default Situation If the available balance in the Settlement Account of one or more Direct Participants (“Default Member(s)”) is insufficient to meet its Bulk Clearing Commitment, or if one or more Default Member(s) or its Indirect Participant(s) are insolvent at the Final Cut-off time –Final Cut-off timei.

  • In the event that any Bulk Clearing Settlement Run of the Credit Card Items cannot be completed by the Final Cut-off time, the outstanding Bulk Clearing Settlement Run will be re-scheduled on the same day at SI’s discretion.

If a Member has a projected negative balance at the Final Cut-off time of a Bulk Clearing Settlement Run, that Member will be treated as being in default in the Bulk Clearing Settlement Run and the Default Arrangements set out in Schedule I shall apply.

  • If the projected balance of a CHATS Ledger Account is found to be positive or zero, the gross amount of each Selected CCPO Instruction will be effected automatically through CHATS and settled pursuant to Rule 3.1.4. If a Member has a projected negative balance at the Final Cut-off time of a Bulk Clearing Settlement Run, that Member will be treated as being in default in the Bulk Clearing Settlement Run and the Default Arrangements set out in Schedule I shall apply.

  • If the projected balance of a CHATS Ledger Account is found to be positive or zero, the gross amount of each Extracted CHATS Optimiser Payment Instruction will be effected automatically through CHATS and settled pursuant to Rule 3.1.4. If a Member has a projected negative balance at the Final Cut-off time of a Bulk Clearing Settlement Run, that Member will be treated as being in default in the Bulk Clearing Settlement Run and the Default Arrangements set out in Schedule I shall apply.

Related to Final Cut-off time

  • Order Cut-Off Time means 10:00 a.m., New York time, on a Business Day.

  • Cut-Off Time / “Business Hours” means the day time for dealing in Units of the Fund. The current Cut-Off Timing/Business Hours are mentioned in Annexure “B” of this Offering Document.

  • Cut-Off Times means the relevant point in time during any Banking Day after which any payment, or payment order, received will be deemed to have been received on the next Banking Day.

  • Order Cutoff Time means, with respect to any Business Day, (i) 4:00 p.m. (New York time) on such Business Day or (ii) another time agreed to by the Sponsor and the Trustee and of which Registered Owners and all existing Authorized Participants have been notified by the Trustee.

  • Subscription Cut-Off Time means 5.00 p.m. Dublin time on the Business Day immediately preceding the relevant Dealing Day or such point as the Directors may determine in exceptional circumstances;

  • Cutoff Time means a time on a Business Day by which a transfer of cash, securities or other property must be made by Borrower or Lender to the other, as shall be agreed by Borrower and Lender in Schedule B or otherwise orally or in writing or, in the absence of any such agreement, as shall be determined in accordance with market practice.

  • Redemption Cut-Off Time means 5.00 p.m. Dublin time on the Business Day immediately preceding the relevant Dealing Day or such point as the Directors may determine in exceptional circumstances;

  • Initial Cut-Off Date With respect to any Initial Mortgage Loan, the later of (i) the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan and (ii) March 1, 2005. Initial Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance: $625,999,339.47.

  • Final Shared-Loss Month means the calendar month in which the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs.

  • Final Recovery Determination With respect to any defaulted Mortgage Loan or any REO Property (other than a Mortgage Loan or REO Property purchased by the Responsible Party as contemplated by this Agreement), a determination made by the Servicer that all Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and other payments or recoveries which the Servicer, in its reasonable good faith judgment, expects to be finally recoverable in respect thereof have been so recovered. The Servicer shall maintain records, prepared by a Servicing Officer, of each Final Recovery Determination made thereby.
